I follow a simple copywriting routine.

Write one email a day.

But this routine is the only reason, why I can (clearly) see the heaven and hell change in my copywriting skills... in only 2 months.

Also, the more I follow this routine the more I realize the power of simplicity.

Power of putting the reps daily.

One email a day reminds me of the book I’m reading right now.

The war of art.

In this book, Stevan (the author) stresses the importance of showing up on the battlefield daily.

He says, I’m paraphrasing him:

The difference between an amateur writer and a professional writer is that the professional shows up daily. He doesn’t let the resistance of not writing stop him. And doing this over time will compound so much so that the vast difference will be visible in their writing skillz.

Moral of the story?

The only secret to good writing is writing daily.

And the faster you realize this truth, the quicker you become good.

However:

Until you’re good enuff to write your own copy, (IMO) it’s a smart move to delegate your copy tasks to a good copywriter.
