Famous youtube guru reveals email copywriting secrets
One of many things I enjoy doing (when I'm hyper-bored) is scrolling through youtube.
Scrolling youtube... watching guru videos that show you how to make 10k a month even if you're the most broke person on the planet.
And guess what?
Yesterday, I was bored.
So I opened youtube and started consuming a famous guru video. Usually, this guru makes videos on email copywriting, how to get new clients, and so on...
Now, I don't remember the title. But in one of his videos, he was saying how easy-breezy it is to be a successful copywriter.
He said this (I'm paraphrasing):
"Writing emails are super easy. You just have to get a burner account, sign up to few email copywriters list, and make a swipe file of good emails. Now every time you sit to write, you use them as a template to plug and play (adjust a few words) so you can pitch your product."
Wait there's more to this madness.
When I glanced over the comments (to see what others have to say). I found that many copychumps were praising him for his email secret. In fact, few of them were so generous that they even shared a list of email copywriters that you should sign up and swipe from to write your emails.
Now as I read and consume all this crap, I think about myself.
How do I write emails?
What is my process?
Here it is:
I wake up, drink water, meditate (usually deep breathing), and then my writing begins...
I look into my notepad which is full of email ideas. As of writing this email, I've 30+ new ideas in my notepad. I pick any idea that I feel like talking about today and start writing.
Yep, that's it.
No swipe files, no templates, no guru advice.
And many times I don't even research because I know my market so well (for example I spent zero seconds researching to write this email that you're reading right now).
It's just me writing and letting my thoughts out of my pure consciousness.
Sounds strange?
Maybe it is, but that's how I do it.
And if my way of writing emails (without swipe, templates, and guru advice) appeals to you, then you can drop me a DM in X (twitter):

I'll give your readers the taste of "pure consciousness" emails... which when they read, will bring good fortune to your brand in many ways (one of them is more email sales).
Have a good one.
