My soft palm and my little mind are in trouble.

Do you remember this:

Last week, I sent you an email on how creativeless I felt... and how I couldn't write a single new word the entire day.

But I also told you the “amusing” reason behind my lack of creativity.

It was this:

I failed to follow my pre-writing meditation.

(I know, it sounds strange).

Anyways, the reason I bring this again is...

In that email, I forgot to tell you… the next day I felt horrible, which led me to tweak a few nitty-gritty, down-and-dirty mechanics of my daily writing routine.

Here's what happened:

Earlier, I wrote one email daily.

Now, I have leveled up to writing two/three new emails daily.

Yes.

Sounds like a real pain to me.

And maybe you feel the same way.

But guess what?

Three months ago, when I started writing one email a day, I felt the exact feelings I am feeling right now.

Writing emails was a pain for my soft palm and my little mind.

But guess what happened after three months?

Writing one email became fun, enjoyable, and almost second nature. And many times, I could write an email in less than 15 minutes.

Now I am not saying this to brag.

But this is to prove a point:

You set your own limitations on your mind.

If you think you can do x, you can do.

If you think you can do x and y, you can do.

If you think you can do x, y, and z, you can do that too.

Do what ya will with this timeless information.

Because, now I will head to write my second email of the day.

Signing off,

Rohit The Arjel
